Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

No physical shipping

AsTheySee does not sell or dispatch physical products. There are no shipping charges, delivery partners, tracking numbers, or physical delivery timelines.

Digital delivery

Detailed report access is normally delivered immediately on the report page after Razorpay confirms and AsTheySee verifies the payment.

The purchase unlocks only the specific report shown at checkout and remains tied to the creator account that created and owns that report.

How to access a purchase

• Return to AsTheySee and sign in with the creator account that owns the report.
• Open the purchased report from the account page.
• If checkout completed in another tab, refresh the report page after payment verification.

Delivery support

If verified payment was completed but access is still unavailable, email pwakle26@gmail.com with the account email, report URL, Razorpay payment ID or order ID, and transaction date. We aim to respond within three business days and restore valid purchased access.
