Acceptance of these terms

By accessing AsTheySee, creating an account or assessment link, submitting an assessment response, or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Quiz Guidelines, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Digital Delivery Policy.

Nature of the service

AsTheySee is a private digital personality-test and report service. It provides structured questionnaires, automated scoring, and personality-report content for entertainment and self-reflection.

The service is limited to assessment creation, questionnaire completion, automated scoring, and digital report delivery. It does not provide public member directories, feeds, participant-to-participant communication, matching, or user-to-user payments.

Reports are not psychological, medical, professional, scientific, employment, educational, or relationship advice. A purchase provides access to generated report content and does not guarantee a particular mythical creature, score, participant opinion, private note, or outcome.

Accounts and ownership

• Creators may authenticate with Google or with a verified email address and password. They are responsible for keeping their account and password secure.
• Creator dashboards, detailed reports, and purchases are available only to the account that owns the corresponding report.
• Do not attempt to access another person's account, dashboard, purchase, or report.

Assessment use and participant responsibility

• Only create an assessment for yourself or with clear permission from the person being assessed.
• Only invite people who are willing to complete the structured questionnaire.
• Do not use an assessment to embarrass, harass, threaten, impersonate, or pressure someone.
• Do not submit private information, hateful content, threats, or harmful notes about another person.
• Creators are responsible for distributing assessment links and for how they use or publish their own report.

Pricing and purchases

The summary result card is free after the response threshold is reached. The detailed private personality analysis requires a separate one-time purchase for each report.

India pricing is shown in INR and pricing elsewhere is shown in USD. The applicable amount and currency are displayed before checkout. Prices and launch offers may change for future purchases.

By starting checkout, you authorize Razorpay and its payment partners to process the selected amount. AsTheySee does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing at this time.

Digital delivery and final sale

Paid access is delivered digitally after payment verification and is tied to one report and its owning creator account. No physical products are shipped.

Completed purchases cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Technical access problems are handled by restoring valid purchased access. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy and Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy for details.

Payment disputes and misuse

Do not use stolen payment instruments, submit fraudulent payment information, manipulate regional pricing, or make knowingly false payment disputes. We may provide transaction and access records to Razorpay, banks, payment networks, or authorities when required to investigate fraud, chargebacks, or legal claims.

Availability and changes

AsTheySee may update, pause, remove, or change features, questions, prices, link expiry, or report presentation. Purchased access to an existing report remains subject to reasonable technical availability, account ownership, security controls, and applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by courts with competent jurisdiction under applicable Indian law, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.
